RENTALS

(Meetings, parties, memorials, lectures, bazaars, etc.)

$50 per hour

 

Minimum rental

3 hours

Discount for Pine Grove Member in good standing
(dues paid for previous year)

25%

Cleaning fee (1 hour minimum). 

Any additional cleaning that is required will be deducted from the deposit.

$35 per hour

 

Refundable damage/cleaning deposit (required to hold reservation)

$300

Overnight Storage

$75 per night

Additional trash cans (first 2 trash cans free)

$20 each

Renters who serve/provide alcohol must carry private event insurance

 

 

 

WEDDINGS

$2000

Minimum rental

2 consecutive days

Refundable damage/cleaning deposit (required to hold reservation)

Renters MUST carry private event insurance

 

No member discount available for weddings  

 


  • Your reservation is secure ONLY upon receipt of deposit.
  • Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to your event.
  • Your deposit will not be returned to you if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the event.
  • Rates may change without notice.  These rates will be honored ONLY upon receipt of booking deposit.
  • Our venue is "self-service:" you will need to set up the available chairs and tables yourself. (See FAQs for information on number and size.
  • You are welcome to use our Audio-Visual system; there are written instructions on site.  No attendant will be available to run the equipment for you.


PLEASE RESPECT OUR HISTORIC FLOORS!

If possible, we would ask that guests remove stiletto shoes upon entering the Pine Grove Community House facility.
