Renters are required to carry private event insurance and name Pine grove as additional insured. In addition renters
who serve, or allow attendees to, consume their own alcoholic
beverages during the rental event must include in the insurance
requirement a Liquor Liability Endorsement that also names Pine Grove as
an additional insured. No alcohol can be sold at the Pine Grove. | Can be acquired privately or through your homeowners' insurance policy. |
Additional Terms and Requirements:
- Your reservation will be secured upon receipt of deposit.
- Payment in full is due, 60 days prior to your event.
- The quoted rates will be honored upon receipt of booking deposit, rates may change before this time.
- A discount will be considered if booking in a bulk rental, of 200 or more hours per year.
- We are a DIY, self-service venue. Set up and take down is not provided.
- See Event Furnishings for number and size of furnishings we supply for your use.
- You are welcome to use our Audio-Visual system; there are written instructions on site, or you can print them out here. No attendant will be available to run the equipment for you.
- $100 security fee may be charged if the building is not locked upon your departure.

We can maintain our reasonable rental rates only if our guests take care
when using and enjoying the building.
Please follow the rules we set forth in your rental contract
and be aware of the historic nature of the building and the floors.
