- Group consists of 6 to 10 regular participants, seniors of ages 60 to 80 years.
- Meditative Tai Chi is very low impact exercise for health and balance. It consists of 108 moves that are learned and practiced in the session.
- No equipment is used or needed.
- Preferred time for weekly sessions on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to begin Wednesday, November 6,13,20 (no 27) December 4,11,18 (no 25th) for 2019; (no Jan 1, 2020) 2020 dates continue on Wednesdays, except where holidays occur.
