Make a RESERVATION

The calendar on the home page shows the availability of the our facility. It reflects not only the time the hall is booked for events but also the time allotted to cleaning and maintenance.  Please check there to see what dates are still available for rental.

Please send us an email reservation request with your desired dates and times to pinegroverentals@gmail.com. Expect a reply within 24 hours.   We’ll respond promptly.

If your preferred time appears to be already taken, please contact us! Many of our users can be flexible.
