Your reservation is secure ONLY upon receipt of deposit.

Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to your event.

CANCELLATION NOTICE:

Your deposit will not be returned to you if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the event.

The Pine Grove Board requires that private party renters carry event insurance

*How the Pine Grove defines Local:  Community organization or resident

Your voting residence or primary business location is within the boundaries of our Fire & Rescue District.  Generally this includes the cities of Manzanita, Nehalem, Wheeler and surrounding areas.

Rates may change without notice.  These rates will be honored ONLY upon receipt of booking deposit.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR HISTORIC FLOORS

Guests MUST remove stiletto shoes upon entering the Pine Grove Community House facility.
